A MAN has been charged with attempted murder after a horrorific brawl during a glam rock concert held at Britain's highest pub.
Richard Bowser appeared at York Magistrates' Court today after being accused of trying to kill a fellow punter at the Tan Hill Inn on Friday night.

The 46-year-old did not enter a plea at his hearing today and will next face a judge at Teesside Crown Court on August 21.
In addition to an attempted murder charge, the force confirmed the 46-year-old was also arrested for firearms offences, causing actual bodily harm and battery.
Paramedics had been called to busy venue, in Langthwaite, Richmond, North Yorkshire, at just after 10.40pm on July 21.
North Yorkshire Police confirmed they found a man in his 40s who had suffered serious arm wounds and rushed him to hospital.
After the terrifying attack, a woman was also arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm but she has since been released on bail.
The victim's injuries have now been assessed as non-life threatening.
Police are calling for any witnesses from the busy venue that could help with their investigation.
A spokesperson from the force said: "There were a number of people at the venue at the time of the incident who officers would like to come forward.
