You then need to Set the time zone or enter the current time and date.
Additionally, you can program your device to change the time automatically by selecting "Automatic time zone."
That way your telly will automatically change the time twice a year.
The clocks will go an hour forward again on the last Sunday in March, at the beginning of British Summer Time. (BST)
Each year the date changes and the reason behind the change is to make better use of daylight.
