PETALING JAYA: Apparel maker Prolexus Bhd has announced boardroom changes effective yesterday.

       In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said Lau Mong Ying has resigned from his role as managing director of the group but will continue his role as a senior advisor to the company.

       Boo Chin Liong also resigned from the board as the group’s independent and non-executive director due to other business commitments, among others.
