A 32-year-old UPS driver was shot in Humboldt Park on Tuesday morning, according to Chicago police.
The man was outside 746 N. Trumbull Ave. at about 10:20 a.m. when he heard shots then felt pain in his back, police said.

Though police would not confirm the victim was a UPS driver, UPS spokesperson Karen Tomaszewski Hill said in a written statement UPS was aware of a situation involving a driver Tuesday morning.
The man was taken to Stroger Hospital, police said.

Area 4 detectives are investigating, but no one is in custody.
“We are thankful that our driver is safe, and we are cooperating with the responding authorities in their investigation,” Hill said in the statement.
