A HOMELESS man was close to tears when sick teen thugs stamped on his HEAD while he slept on the streets.
Mark Webb, 44, said the teens "laid into him" after stealing tobacco which he had hidden in his sleeping bag in a carpark in Truro, Cornwall.

Six teens have been arrested after the "serious assault" - which took place between 10pm and 10.15pm on Saturday night.
Speaking exclusively to the Sun, Mark said: "No-one should be able to treat another individual like this even if they are sleeping rough."
Sickening footage - understood to have been filmed by a passenger in a car - shows five young men and one girl battering Mark as he cowers on the ground.
The victim - who was left with cuts over his face from the brutal attack - said: "This is the sort of behaviour you might expect on the streets of London but not Cornwall.
"It’s a risk you take when you sleep on the street.
"There was a group of four including a young girl and at first they were being quite friendly asking how I was and things like that but then it turned nasty.

"They asked me if I had any cigarettes and I just put some of my tobacco on my sleeping bag - they took that and then they all just laid into me.
"It felt like it was going on for ages but it was probably only a few minutes.
"They kept kicking me in the head but the worst was when they kicked me in the kidneys. That is still hurting me today."
Mark admitted he has had a tough life - and has served time in prison for drugs, violence and breaching court orders.
One of Mark’s homeless friends, former soldier Graham Plumridge, found him bleeding after hearing the fight.
Graham flagged down a taxi to take him to hospital.
Mark, originally from Lewisham, spent the night in A&E before being released back to the streets.
He still hasn't anywhere to sleep.
Mark said: "I’ve been homeless for a few months after being released from care and I always thought that I would be safe on the streets.
Just because I haven’t got a home doesn’t give people the right to treat me like this.

"But this is something that I didn’t really expect to happen, no-one should be able to treat another individual like this even if they are sleeping rough.
"Just because I haven’t got a home doesn’t give people the right to treat me like this."
Mark is now being cared for by other homeless people in the centre of Truro.
One of them, who didn’t want to be named, said: "We are trying to get Mark into a hostel but he can rest assured that we will look after him.
"No-one deserves to be treated like this. It's a disgrace and these kids should be found and punished for treating someone as vulnerable as Mark the way they did."
A fundraiser has been launched to help cover the costs of Mark's recovery.
