       KUWAIT CITY, Nov 3 The Directorate of Civil Aviation stated in its tweet that it had opened an investigation by a specialized committee into a video that has been circulating of two planes landing and taking off at the Kuwait International Airport. In its tweet DGCA stated “We would like to clarify that civil aviation has implemented security and safety measures according to international standards in such cases, an investigation committee is formed to find out the reasons, those negligent will be held accountable and legal procedure will be followed.”
