KUALA LUMPUR: Vizione Holdings Bhd’s joint venture (JV) company with Permata Rebana Sdn Bhd, Permata Rebana & Vizione Holdings JV Sdn Bhd (PRVH) has secured a RM654mil contract from Social Security Organisation (Socso).

       In a statement, the integrated construction company said the contract is for the planning, design, construction, equipping, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Sosco’s National Robotics and Cybernetics Rehabilitation Centre (phase 1) in Bandar Meru Raya, Perak.

       Managing director Datuk Ng Aun Hooi said the win was a testament to the track record and capabilities of Vizione and its JV partner.

       “Together, we are confident in the timely and quality delivery of the project by leveraging on our strengths, technical know-how and experience,” he said.

       The latest contract win brings Vizione’s outstanding order book to above the RM3bil level, giving the company clear earnings visibility for the coming years, Ng said.

       “Overall, we see encouraging signs that more jobs are being awarded in tandem with the economic recovery.

       “Our tender team continues to work hard on securing new jobs to further

       enhance our order book, targeting projects in the infrastructure, buildings, flood mitigation as well as renewable energy segments.

       “On the other hand, the project teams’ focal point is to execute our order book on a timely basis, supported by our healthy balance sheet,” he added.
