Five women and 14 kids who are all ISIS brides and families touched down in the country's capital Tirana on Sunday following the efforts by the authorities to bring them home from the Al Hoj refugee camp in Syria. Appearing at the city's airport to welcome the families back, the Prime Minister explained how the country are planning on bringing a yet "unclear" number of families back to the country who are currently based in refugee camps across the Middle East where jihadists are sheltering following their defeat to Coalition forces.

Prime Minister Rama said: “It is a very positive event.

“And of course we shall not stop here.

But in a surprising moment, he said how his government are actively working on bringing more ISIS brides and families home.

As a result he stressed how "there is another operation ongoing" in Syria by Albanian authorities.

The Albanian authorities are working to identify Albanian nationals who left the country to join Islamic State in refugee camps.

He said how "where they are, they are in blackspots".

The 19 will be taken to a shelter in Durres on the Albanian coastline opposite Italy.
