PETALING JAYA: Revenue Group Bhd has proposed to acquire four plots of leasehold land, with buildings erected thereon, in Kuala Lumpur for RM44mil cash.

       In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the payment solutions provider said the property came with a combined land area of about 8,899 sq m and a combined gross floor area of about 5,234.53 sq m. The leasehold period is 99 years, expiring on Nov 27, 2079.

       Separately, the company has proposed to acquire a 25% stake in VSure Tech Sdn Bhd, which focuses on the business of digitalised insurance platform, for RM12mil through its wholly-owned subsidiary Revenue Harvest Sdn Bhd.
