A NIGHTMARE neighbour has been locked up after he stamped on a woman’s head during a row over a parking space.
Anthony Bert, 61, flew into a rage at his 50-year-old victim after she temporarily parked her vehicle in a private car park while she picked-up some pieces from her garden.

Bert threatened the woman four months before the attack, but has been jailed for more than five years earlier this month, police said today.
He became aggressive and repeatedly threatened the woman last March 23 after she parked in Namrik Mews, Hove, East Sussex, which sits just off the street of the defendant's former home in St Aubyns.
He then violently assaulted her, leaving the victim with serious injuries to her face and chest, before fleeing the scene.
An arrest warrant was circulated for Bert and he was arrested more than 60 miles away at Heathrow Airport trying to board a flight to Spain.

Four months earlier, in November 2020, the same victim called 999 after Bert kicked her front door and shouted threats and abuse.
In that incident, Bert was only spoken to by officers after the woman chose not to pursue a prosecution, police said.
At Lewes Crown Court on March 3, Bert was jailed for just over five years and three months - 64 months - after pleading guilty to two counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Detective Janet Summers of Sussex Police said today: "I would like to thank the victim for her support in achieving this sentence, after what was a vicious and sustained attack.
