Metro’s Pentagon station reopened Thursday after a violent incident at the bus platform two days ago.

       The station, a major hub for trains on the Blue and Yellow lines of Metro and regional buses, had been closed since Tuesday, as police were investigating the slaying of a Pentagon police officer. He was attacked by a Georgia man who also was killed.
