A NEIGHBOUR from hell paraded around her garden naked and flashed her boobs at kids while yelling: "I'm going to kill you", a court has heard.
Lisa Cartmell, 35, was branded a "living nightmare" after subjecting her victims Kelly and Darren Ellis, as well as their four children, to a vile two-year ordeal.

During one terrifying incident, Cartmell allegedly stood nude in a window and screamed at Mrs Ellis: "When I see you, I'm going to kill you."
She also repeatedly flashed the couple's kids as she walked in the street outside their home in Farnworth, near Bolton, Greater Manchester, the court heard.
In a separate incident, Cartmell threatened to petrol bomb the family's home, it was said.
Mrs Ellis, a youth worker, told the court she'd been "living on the edge" since the defendant began her campaign of abuse.
"Lisa's behaviour has been seriously concerning for my family," she said.
"I feel like it's only a matter of time before something happens and I'm living on the edge worried about our safety.
"It's a constant worry for me because we don't know what she's going to do from one day to the next."
HORRIFIC ORDEAL
Her husband, a business manager, said Cartmell has been a "living nightmare".
"My children have at times been too petrified to play out in the garden because of her behaviour," he said.
"She made threats to my children that she would burn our house down.
"She always made threats to kill our dogs and one night I saw her emerging from her property naked and heard her shouting and waving her arms."
He said he felt "angry, frustrated and annoyed" and feared for his children's safety.
Cartmell was originally charged with making threats to kill and indecent exposure. She pleaded guilty to harassment, which was accepted by prosecutors.
Timothy Ashmole, for the CPS, told Bolton Crown Court: "Mrs Ellis rang police to say the defendant had been in her front garden behaving erratically.
It's been a living nightmare... my children have been too petrified to play in the garden
"She was also in and out of her house smashing things."
Later on, Mrs Ellis was watering her plants when Cartmell said she had a gun and would shoot her, he said.
Alistair Reid, mitigating, said the defendant had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and has since been offered new accommodation elsewhere.
"She was struggling substantially with her mental health, but there was no direct intimidation or attempts to assault anyone," he said.
Cartmell, who appeared via video link from HMP Styal in Cheshire, was sentenced to a two-year community order and a 25-day rehabilitation activity requirement.
She must also attend a six-month mental health programme.

The judge, Mr Recorder Simon Hilton, told her she'd made her victims' lives "a misery".

As he handed down his sentence, Cartmell said: "Thank you, Your Honour - I won't do it again."
