A BODYBUILDING doctor has died from a cardiac arrest after a massive bleed caused by a liver tumour.
Rodolfo Duarte Ribeiro dos Santos passed away in a private hospital on November 19.

The influencer doc had over 10,000 online followers and was newly engaged to his fiancée Caroline Sanches - who is also a bodybuilder.
Devastated Caroline worked at her late hubby-to-be’s sports medicine and pharmacology clinic as a nutritionist.
Rumours have circulated that the athletes death was caused by the use of anabolic steroids but the clinic in S？o Paulo, Brazil, have denied this.
It said dos Santos had "suffered a cardiac arrest after a hemorrhage caused by a liver adenoma".

An adenoma is a usually benign tumour that occurs in glandular tissue.
It's known that Dos Santos was receiving treatment for the growth.
Dos Santos kept his followers entertained with snapshots from his daily life including time spent with his fiancée and at the gym.
He also used the page to show off the stunning results of his patients and other athletes and bodybuilders whom he gave guidance.

He had degrees in Sports Medicine and in Exercise Physiology from the Federal University of S？o Paulo.
Dos Santos was originally from Monte Santo de Minas, where he was laid to rest the day after his death.
He had proposed to his girlfriend, who boasts 637,000 Instagram followers of her own, in idyllic Ilhabela on September 24.
Sanches described him in an Instagram Story as "my fiancé, love of my life, my doctor, my everything, my world".
After learning of his death a friend of Dos Santos wrote: "Big heart. Big shoulder. Rodolfo would find any solution to make your day better.
"He did the best he could all the time, a little shy, a little closed off, then you get to know him, see what a great guy he is."
