He reportedly will become the director of his fathers accountancy business, Pangaea Land And Property Limited. This is following his father, George Brooksbank's, retirement in June.

       The Princess' husband is currently brand ambassador for Casamigos tequila and it is not known if he will step down from this role to take on the "more serious" opportunity.

       Pangaea Land And Property Limited is co-run by William Legge, 10th Earl of Dartmouth.

       According to the Daily Mail, Mr Brooksbank may take on the new role after his father stepped down due to health complications.

       George Brooksbank, 72, tested positive for Covid last year and was very ill with the virus.

       “Now that his father has retired, it’s time for Jack to take over and to take on a more serious role to support his family,” an insider told the Daily Mail.

       Recent photos emerged showing Eugenie's husband with models on a boat in Capri as a part of his current role with Casamigos tequila.

       Sarah Ferguson jumped to her son-in-law's defence as the images were taken out of context, calling Mr Brooksbank a “fabulous husband”.

       “Jack is a man of such integrity,” the Duchess of York said after the pictures emerged.

       "He's just one of my most favourite people. I call him James Bond, actually.

       "He's just a superhero in my book, and he's a great father, a fabulous husband, and he's never at front of house, he always likes to be at the back.

       "So for them to make this story is completely fabricated, he works as an ambassador for Casamigos, and he was doing his job, and so I think it's really important that we clarify that for Jack's sake."

       Eugenie described her husband recently as the “ultimate father to our boy”.

       Mr Brooksbank and Princess Eugenie welcomed their first baby, August, six months ago.

       Eugenie and Jack tied the knot in October 2018 and welcomed August on February 21 at London's Portland Hospital.

       The three were spotted arriving at the Queen's Balmoral estate in Scotland on Wednesday - their first family vacation.
