KUALA LUMPUR: S P Setia Bhd announced the demise of its director and audit committee chairman Noraini Che Dan yesterday. Noraini was appointed to the board on Sept 11, 2015.

       “The tremendous loss is deeply felt by the company as Noraini was a dedicated, well-respected and kind-hearted individual who was passionate about upholding governance. She has touched the lives of many and her stewardship will never be forgotten.

       “We at S P Setia are deeply saddened by this loss. Noraini will be dearly missed. The board and management of the company wish to express our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the family,” it said in a statement.
