       KUWAIT CITY, June 27: Kuwait records the world’s highest temperatures exceeding 53.2°C during last 24 hours, prompting weather authorities to issue alert for residents to take proper care of hydration periodically, reports Gulf Today. An international website that monitors temperatures around the world has ranked 13 Arab cities among the hottest spots in the world during the last 24 hours, with temperatures exceeding 53.2oC. The website said, “An Arab city records the highest temperature in the world, along with other 10 cities from the Arab world.”

       The “Eldoradoweather” published a list of the highest temperatures in the world during the last 24 hours, as the seven highest were recorded in 7 Arab cities, and the list came as follows:

In 2017, a tweet went viral showing a truck sinking as asphalt melts in Kuwait. The temperature was reported the highest on that day.
