KUALA LUMPUR: Revenue Group Bhd is slated to transfer to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia from the ACE Market on Feb 14.

       In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the electronic payments firm said its entire share capital of 466.23 million shares, together with 156.628 million warrants (Warrants 2019/2024) would be transferred to the Main Market next Monday.

       "The stock short name, stock code and international securities identification number (ISIN) code remain unchanged," it said.

       Revenue Group was listed on the ACE Market on July 18, 2018 and had proposed the listing transfer on Nov 5, 2020.
