Moss sank 16 pints, 15 vodkas, eight Jagermeisters, four large red wines, two gins, a bottle of prosecco and rosé
He ate two fillet steaks, a steak pie and £30 mixed grill.
Police arrested him soon after but he dodged settling up for six years.
This week he was due in court but said he was awaiting knee replacement surgery, so fed-up magistrates convicted him in his absence and issued a warrant for his arrest.
They heard that construction worker Moss, 39, booked into the Wyvill Arms at Constable Burton, North Yorks, in November 2018.

“His wife never arrived and after dinner he went to his room.
“Next morning he ordered two pints and I started to feel something was amiss.
"It was obvious he was about to get tanked up again.
"We asked for payment for the previous night.
"He said he had to go to his car and we never saw him again.”
Leaving a £475.50 bill including the cost of the room, Moss drove three miles to the Countryman’s Inn in Hunton where he booked two nights and continued his bender.
A statement from landlord Tony Jackson, who has since died, said the next day Moss claimed someone slashed a tyre on his Corsa.
After Tony helped to change it, Moss said he was going to an ATM but fled leaving £220.90 unpaid.
A bank card he left no longer worked.
Staff called a contact number for his “wife” but a woman who answered had not heard of him.
Moss was then arrested after being traced through bank details.
He told cops: “I wasn’t dishonest.
