KUALA LUMPUR: There has been no meeting between Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob and Datuk Zuraida Kamaruddin to discuss her resignation as Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister.
The Prime Minister said he did not know why Zuraida had left Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia.

"She resigned from the party, not from the Cabinet. It is two separate matters," he said to reporters when approached at the Barisan Nasional Convention and 48th anniversary celebration on Wednesday (June 1).
However, he did not address speculation that there would be a Cabinet reshuffle.
Asked if he had met Zuraida, the Prime Minister said that she was still out of the country.
"I will meet her when she returns. After that, I will decide (on her Cabinet position)," he said.

She is expected to return on June 2 after participating in the Malaysian Timber Council (MTC) for the Business Mission and Development of the Malaysian Timber Market.
