KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian record for the largest number of Lamborghini cars gathered at one spot was broken on Saturday (June 11) with a gathering of 98 cars here.

       The record of 77 cars was broken at about 10.30am when Lamborghini Owners Malaysia president Roslan Rosdi drove his Lamborghini Murcielago ferrying Italian Ambassador to Malaysia Massimo Rustico into the venue, to much cheers from the crowd.

       As it stands, there are currently 98 Lamborghinis gathered outside the Mandarin Oriental hotel here, eclipsing the previous record by more than 20 cars with more expected to arrive.
