Nusret G？k？e, the Turkish chef best known as Salt Bae from a viral online video, has just increased his Nusr-Et Steakhouse chain to Knightsbridge in London. Four years ago, Salt Bae became an internet sensation due to his stylish seasoning methods.

       Since the video was released in 2017, Salt Bae has gained over 38 million Instagram followers.

       Last week on Instagram he teased the opening of his new restaurant.

       On a post it read: “I was waiting a very long time but finally my dream has come true, opening very soon Nusr_et London.”

       UK Big Brother contestant Mark Byron tweeted last week: “Finally lights on inside Nusr Et London!!!

       “I know the whole of the UK is excited for these doors to open.”

       Nusret G？k？e now has 15 restaurants around the world as part of his Nusr-Et Steakhouse chain.

       However, his new restaurant in London will reportedly cost you an arm and a leg.

       His 24-carat gold leaf menu can be priced at more than ￡700 per dish.

       People responded online to the high prices in the restaurant. Omnimojo tweeted: “It’s cheaper to fly and have food at Salt Bae’s Turkish restaurant than to go to the London one.

       “￡9 for coke. ￡630 for Tomahawk steak.”
