Chicago police said a Lexus sedan blew a red light and struck a squad car causing it to hit another vehicle leaving a 42-year-old woman and two officers injured.
About 12:10 a.m Saturday, a driver of a silver Lexus sedan failed to stop at a red light and struck a Chicago police squad car causing it to hit a gray SUV.
A 42-year-old woman inside the SUV was taken to Stroger Hospital and listed in good condition. Two male officers were taken to Rush University Medical Center where they were listed in fair condition, police said.
The driver of the Lexus fled the scene, police said.
