A SHAKEN-up mum has issued an urgent warning after a Staffordshire Bull Terrier ripped off her toddler's lip in an unprovoked attack.
Summer Morgan, 25, took her toddler Skylar to the local store near their home in Edwalton, Nottinghamshire, on Saturday when the hound pounced.

After they finished their shop around lunchtime, they headed outside and made their way towards the car when they spotted the dog with its owners.
Summer said Skylar didn't go near the beast or try to stroke it.
The next thing she knew, there was "blood everywhere" - leaving her in a state of shock and panic.
The distraught mum-of-one told how the Bull Terrier "went for her" tot before sinking its teeth into her lip.

Skylar's lip was savaged in the attack as her mum tried picking her up to keep her safe.
Ringing an ambulance for help following the horror, the worried mum was told it would take 40 minutes - leaving Summer no choice but to call her sister for a lift.
After arriving at Kings Mill Hospital, doctors found that tissue in the youngster's bottom lip was damaged.
The "happy" little girl has since undergone surgery to mend it.

Summer told NottinghamshireLive: "I don't really remember a lot as I just tried to grab her, but I remember the man pulling the dog back.
"Then I just picked her up and held her like a baby as I didn't know the extent of what happened.
"There was blood everywhere."
Skylar's aunt who rushed to their aid said she was "feeling all the emotions" when she got that call.
The woman, who didn't want to be named, said: "When I got there, my sister was sat on the floor cradling my niece covered in blood."
The incident was reported to cops who have put a voluntary control order on the dog - meaning it must wear a muzzle when out in public from now on.
Summer added: "I can't believe it has happened. It happened to Skylar and I can't change that so now it's about making sure other people are not put in the same situation."
Inspector Tim Cuthbert said: “Officers have studied CCTV footage and carried out further inquiries.
"We have issued the owner of the dog with a voluntary control order and the owner has agreed it will wear a muzzle in public in the future.
