KUALA LUMPUR: Khee San Bhd has triggered the criteria pursuant to Paragraph 2.1(b) of Practice Note No 17 (PN17) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

       In a statement today, Bursa Malaysia Securities said it would continue to monitor Khee San’s progress in respect of its compliance with the listing requirements.

       As at Nov 19, there are a total of 23 companies under PN17 and GN3 which represent 2.54% of the total number of 906 companies listed on the Main and ACE Markets of Bursa Securities.
