       KUWAIT CITY, Sept 2: The official spokesperson and the Director of Public Relations and Media Department of the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) Aseel Al-Mazyed revealed that business owners can submit requests to open a new file for an employer, and to print service receipts, as well as requests to transfer a license between files via the authority’s service portal, reports Al-Anba daily.

       Al-Mazyed said the applicant must attach all the required documents and print the receipt to follow up the application, as this mechanism contributes to facilitating the work and completing it as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, College of Medicine Professor at Kuwait University Dr Khaled Al-Sabeeh has contributed to the development of cosmetic and corrective surgeries through the device he invented to increase the success rate of rhinoplasty and reconstructive surgeries, reports Al-Qabas daily.

       In a statement to the daily, Al-Sabeeh disclosed that he started working on the invention some time ago in cooperation with Sabah Al-Ahmad Center for Giftedness and Creativity (SACGC), which was registered in the United States of America recently. He said the device is the first of its kind in the field of rhinoplasty (plastic surgery for the nose). He affirmed the device is very effective; especially in complex and reversible rhinoplasty for patients who have had rhinoplasty more than once, as it raises the success rate of operations and makes it easier for the doctor to perform the operation. It is very effective in straightening the bridge of the nose, he added.
