KUALA LUMPUR: Public Bank Bhd has clinched The Best MyDebit Bank and Best MyDebit (Acquirer - Bank) awards at the Malaysian e-Payments Excellence Awards 2022 in recognition of its contribution to the nation’s e-payments ecosystem.

       This is the sixth consecutive year the bank has bagged The Best MyDebit Bank in Malaysia award, it said in a statement today.

       Public Bank said its commitment to service excellence is seen with the uninterrupted service throughout the various movement restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and this commitment continues with the gradual economic recovery, elevating customer experience further in the new normal.

       In addition, it said its latest secured online payment solution - DuitNow Online Banking/Wallets - launched early this year will further support the growing needs of a cashless economy. - Bernama
