KUALA LUMPUR: An instinctive purchase of Magnum’s 4D Jackpot tickets with special inspiration saw a 39-year-old businessman become a multi-millionaire overnight.

       The lucky man from Cheras experienced a life-changing moment when the Jackpot numbers he purchased were successfully drawn on June 18.

       The occasional punter played the 4D Jackpot by purchasing a System Bet-15 for RM210.

       The winning numbers 5925 (first prize) and 6311 (third prize) which won him RM11,716,864 were inspired by his favourite numbers plus lucky numbers respectively.

       He had frequently purchased tickets after some good winning experiences in both Magnum 4D Jackpot and Magnum Life.

       Prior to this big win, he had only purchased 4D Jackpot tickets occasionally whenever he felt lucky and when the snowball amount was high.

       “I like buying Magnum 4D Jackpot because it is straightforward and easy to understand. Also, yellow is one of my lucky colours.

       “At first, I noticed that the numbers drawn were very familiar and they matched my ticket. I thought I was dreaming that night and quickly downloaded the MyMagnum app for further confirmation.

       “I was so happy that my hands were already shaking when I was holding my mobile phone then. My wife thought I was joking with her.

       “I decided to contact Magnum Careline for confirmation and verify the draw results. Only then, did I realise, I had become a multi-millionaire,” he said.

       When asked how he will be spending his prize money, the winner said that he will settle his

       outstanding loans, business investments and save the balance into the bank for future needs.
