PETALING JAYA: Four men are being sought by police to help with investigations into a murder outside a restaurant in Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2.

       Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal said the murder occurred at around 12.30pm on Saturday (Nov 6).

       "We received information about a fight outside a restaurant along Lorong Batu Nilam 27A, Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2, and rushed to the scene.

       "When police arrived, we found a man with severe slash wounds to his hands and legs, believed to be from a sharp weapon.

       "The victim died at the scene," he said in a statement Wednesday (Nov 10).

       He said the victim was identified as Phua Kian Ming, 47.

       "Following the murder, we arrested six suspects believed to be involved in the case and who could assist with further investigations.

       "We are now looking for four other individuals to help with our investigation. They are believed to be known as Low Chee Boon, Lim Chee Hau, Tan Kok Pin and Yap Chin Hock," he said, adding that Low's last known address was Kampung Idaman in Port Klang while the other three were from Jenjarom.

       He said the motive for the murder was being thoroughly investigated, and urged anyone with information on the case to contact Asst Supt Mohamad Shahrir Zabidi at 012-6650 0895.
