Статья посвящена системному решению интеграции и автоматизации управления производством промышленного предприятия, расширению пространства его регулируемых параметров и ускорению реакции на текущие производственные события. Выполнен анализ и разработка архитектуры интегрированной информационной системы, обеспечивающей комплексное оперативное управление, в условиях промышленной революции ?Индустрия 4.0?. Исследованы объекты, процессы и отношения производства во взаимосвязи с другими функциональными областями предприятия, как с точки зрения экономического содержания и менеджмента, так и логической структуры информационной системы.

The work is aimed to a system solution for the integration and automation of production management of an industrial enterprise, expansion the dimension of its adjustable parameters and response acceleration to current production events. An analysis and development of the architecture for an integrated information system was carried out, providing complex operational management for the conditions of the industrial revolution ?Industry 4.0?. Production objects, processes and relations were studied in interconnection to other functional areas of the enterprise, both from the point of view the economic and management content, and the logical structure of the information system. The proposed architecture provides dynamic production and inventory planning and control, based on an accounted unit of production, represented by the elementary operation, with the possible further aggregation. The architecture meets the requirements for the integrated generation of optimized specifications for the workflow, flow of supplied materials and components... It introduces the concept and adds the aspect of intangible production resources management for the enterprise, including IVR/IAR models and CNC programs used during the production process along with traditional resources. The architecture is represented by two mutually consistent models - a data model and a system process model. It can be used in practice as a methodological basis for building configurations of operational production management systems and applied at enterprises of various subject profiles, especially in small and medium-sized businesses. ▼Показать полностью
