The 23rd International Academic Conference “China, Chinese Civilization and the World: History, Modernity, and Future Prospects”

       The 23rd International Academic Conference “China, Chinese Civilization and the World: History, Modernity, and Future Prospects” shall be held by the RAS Institute of Far Eastern Studies in Moscow on October 24-25, 2018.

       Apart from the plenary session, the conference program will include the round-table discussion on “The Silk Road Economic Belt: Problems and Prospects” (Moderator: Prof. Dr. S. G. Luzianin, Director of the IFES RAS) and the following panels:

       1. Economy of China (Moderator: Prof. Dr. A. V. Ostrovskii)

       2. The PRC Foreign Policy (Moderator: Dr. S. V. Uyanaev)

       3. China’s State Construction and Domestic Politics (Moderator: Prof. Dr. A. V. Vinogradov)

       4. China: History and Modernity (Moderators: Prof. Dr. N. L. Mamaeva and Dr. D. A. Smirnov)

       5. China’s Spiritual Culture (Philosophy and Religion) (Moderator: Prof. Dr. A. E. Lukyanov)

       6. Chinese Language, Education, Literature and Arts (Moderators: Prof. Dr. O. I. Zavyalova and Dr. A. N. Korobova)

       7. East Asia and China (Moderators: Dr. V.O. Kistanov, Prof.Dr. V.M. Mazyrin, Dr. A.Z. Zhebin)

       the filled-in Registration Form (to be downloaded, doc) the paper abstract (the layout sample to be downloaded, doc) scanned copy of passport (for those, who need the visa support and / or hotel booking) Registration Fee for Foreign Participants = 50 USD.
