Andrew will also give evidence under oath next month to Ms Giuffre’s lawyers.
She is suing the duke in the US, claiming she was 17 when trafficked by paedophile Jeffrey Epstein to have sex with the royal, pictured with her.
The duke is alleged to have sexually abused her at the homes of Ghislaine Maxwell and Epstein in the early 2000s.
Andrew denies all allegations.
The civil sex assault trial in the US is scheduled to take place between September and December.
The parties will need to confirm by July 28 whether they wish to proceed to trial.
