PETALING JAYA: Even after a long hiatus hampered by multiple rounds of movement control order, the StarProperty Fair is back stronger than ever as its IOI City Mall event in Putrajaya is drawing a favourable response.
The first of three physical fairs slated for the year-end, the showcase at the mall is buzzing with excitement as award-winning and reputable developers share what is in the market with home buyers, investors and visitors alike.
Currently on until tomorrow, the event runs from 10am to 10pm. Various activities have been planned alongside the multitude of property displays by the participating exhibitors.
They include Gamuda Land, IOI Properties Group Bhd, Glomac Bhd, Gagasan Nadi Cergas Sdn Bhd, Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd, Tropicana Corporation Bhd, LBS Bina Group Bhd, Sunsuria Bhd and OSK Property Bhd.
Visitors to the fair will be able to grab exciting promotions offered by the participating developers. In addition, they stand a chance to win exciting prizes by taking part in a short survey or if the purchase of a property is made.
Those who are seeking homes should also take advantage of the added promotions that come with every fair organised by StarProperty. On top of the incentives offered by the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC), each participating developer has its own set of promotions.
So buyers will be spoilt for choice, given the number of discounts and rebates available during the fairs. Do not miss out on the offers. Drop by and see what is in store for you either at one or all three StarProperty Fairs.
To entertain children, there will be appearances by a clown today and tomorrow from 11am to 7pm.
The other two property fairs will be held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur from Nov 19 to 21 and IOI Mall Puchong in Selangor from Dec 1 to 5.
