       KUWAIT CITY, Nov 16: The head of the Spring Camps Committee, Eng Fahd Al-Shatili, said there is no change in the fee which is collected by the Municipality for booking a site in desert areas, reports Al-Anba daily. In response to a question about the Municipal Council’s decision to reduce the fees to 100 dinars Eng Al-Shatili explained the decision to reduce the fee requires the approval of the Minister of State for Municipal Affairs, and in the event of the non-approval, the current fees will apply.
