       KUWAIT CITY, Aug 16: Oh Prime Minister! Oh Minister of Commerce, how many establishments in Kuwait have closed their doors and the owners migrated to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states, and even to Europe? These people left the country with their Kuwaiti and non- Kuwaiti ‘brains’ and experiences, and the reason is your administration and laws which are annoying.

       Your Highness, the head of the Government, did you investigate the reason that led to the closure of the sports club in Jahra, or what happened to the businessman Issa Behbehani when he was trying to help return his employees from America? Has the conflict between the Kuwait Municipality, the Public Authority for Industry, the Environment Public Authority and the Ministry of Commerce resolved?
