KUALA LUMPUR: Parlo Bhd has received a notice from Messrs. HLB AAC PLT (formerly known as Morison AAC PLT) (HLB AAC PLT) to voluntarily resign as auditors of the company.

       In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the travel management company said HLB AAC PLT term of office would end after 21 days from Feb 28, 2022.

       “The resignation of HLB AAC PLT is on a voluntary basis.

       “Save for the above, the board of directors of Parlo wishes to inform that the company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of Parlo,” it said.
