A TWISTED male nurse has been suspended from his job for "tricking" women into sex and sharing naked snaps of them online.

Lode Emmanuel Palle bragged about his sexual encounters with women in a "pick up artists" Facebook group, explaining in detail how he manipulated women into having sex.

His sick posts from 2018 also contained pictures of naked and scantily clad women that appeared to be taken without their consent the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal was told.

Palle described in the group how he lied to women in order to trick them into having sex and even using alcohol to overcome their “last-minute resistance” to sex, news.com.au reported.

In one post he described how he persuaded a woman to go to his apartment by “bamboozling her mind” while he told another woman he was working as a cancer nurse.

"For a nurse to have become involved in the group and publish material describing purported sexual activity, share images of those women and post inappropriate, offensive, sexually offensive and vilifying content on social media is disgraceful and risks the reputation of the profession," the VCAT said.

Additionally, he said he would take away women's phones and cancel their Uber as well as stealing items from their bags so they would have to return to his house, the tribunal heard.

In another post, he bragged about picking up another woman and how he "smashed her for five rounds".

"I was thinking to myself ‘I like this girl actually. Would be a good addition to the rotation’," he added.

The tribunal labelled the content "inappropriate, offensive, sexually offensive and vilifying of women".

"We found the posts dehumanised women and treated them as objects rather than human beings entitled to be treated with equality and dignity," they said.

"The suggestion that a woman should be added to the ‘rotation’ was particularly objectionable."

VCAT found his posts promoted manipulative, coercive and misogynistic behaviour and suspended him after finding him guilty of professional misconduct.

Palle admitted the conduct and was appalled and ashamed by his actions and added the posts were exaggerated in a bid to gain validation from other men, the tribunal heard.

He was suspended for a total of 20 months and will be able to return to work on January 21, 2022.
