CHINESE Internet celebrity Grace Chow has broken up with Luo Hao, heir to a multibillion-dollar business empire, after dating for less than a month, Sin Chew Daily reported.

Luo and her were “from different worlds,” she said.

The pair made the revelation on the latest episode of TV show Meeting Mr Right.

Luo said his infatuation with her did not last after he spent more time with her.

Chow, 32, said she was sad to see the end of the courtship.

“I still like this guy as he has done nothing to hurt me,” she said, acknowledging, however, that they were not compatible.

Luo was seen weeping at the end of the TV show.

Their breakup became one of the trending topics on Weibo, China’s equivalent of Twitter.

On July 31, Chow had announced on the same show that she was dating Luo, who is six years younger.

Chow’s previous relationship with celebrity Show Lo made the headlines after she dumped him for two-timing her.

       > China is seeing the rise of a new service where customers hire someone to remind them to do routine tasks such as picking up their kids or exercising, China Press reported.

Demand is so high that some service providers are earning up to 300,000 yuan (RM192,756) a month.

A reporter checked out one of the services offered via a website, was given the choice of “normal supervision” or “strong supervision”.

The first option is limited to three reminders a day for 6.66 yuan (RM4.27). The second option offers unlimited reminders every day for 15 yuan (RM9.63).

The reporter opted for “strong supervision” and discovered to his dismay how persistent the supervisor could be.

Having given the supervisor his daily schedule, he was jolted by a phone call in the morning with someone yelling at him to “get up immediately and brush your teeth!”

He was also told to send photos to prove that he had done so.
