       KUWAIT CITY, June 8: The Ministry of the Interior has emphasized the importance of scheduling an appointment for biometric fingerprinting. Visitors are required to use the Matta platform or the Ministry’s website to book their appointments, as the Ministry will not be able to accommodate anyone without a prior arrangement.

       However, it is important to highlight that individuals are still permitted to leave without undergoing the fingerprinting process.
