Prince Harry appeared buoyant and eager to share his insight into how to deal with stress (Image: SUSSEX.COM)
Prince Harry seemingly gave up past "bitterness and resentment" as he energetically took centre stage to represent one of the companies he promotes, a body language expert claimed.
The Duke of Sussex recently attended the Beyond Burnout session the coaching firm BetterUp set up as part of its latest summit in his role as Chief Impact Officer.

Harry joined a panel to discuss how business leaders can best manage stressful situations, with expert Judi James arguing the royal likely sought inspiration from his own experience to best advise summit attendees.
James noted the Duke appeared rather "energetic" as he spoke, keeping a large smile firmly on his face to show his "delight" at participating in the San Francisco session.

James noted the Duke almost seemed to be smiling during the event (Image: SUSSEX.COM)
"Harry is a man who has dug deep into his own psyche over the years and emerged with a fistful of bitterness and resentment for past slights, but here he appears to be using poses of energetic and inspirational leadership to act as a role model for the delegates at the conference."
The body language expert said Harry appeared particularly relaxed in his role, arguing he appeared to be fully "in his element" as he spoke with fellow panellists during the discussion.
She continued: "He holds the mic up around the top with a firm clasp and his grin suggests delight at being able to spread the world on behalf of the company he is promoting.
"Standing posing for photos that grin is still in place and with one hand pushed casually into the pocket of his jeans he places an arm around Mindy Kaling’s shoulders.
"Harry appears to be in his element here on this solo trip, greeting the camera with a direct eye-smile and projecting nothing by energy and enthusiasm."

The Duke of Sussex started his collaboration with BetterUp in 2021 and used his role as CIO to open up about his personal experience with "burnout".
During an event last year, he admitted he had been "literally getting to the very end of everything that I had, any fuel or any steam in the engine just like I was burning the candle on both hands."
Company CEO Alexi Robichaux said he approached the Duke for the role as he praised him as "one of the fiercest advocates for mental wellness or mental fitness for many years."
