A GROOM allegedly murdered his new bride just four days after they got hitched.

       The body of Dawn Walker, 52, was found in a case next to a playground on Sunday.

       Dawn and Thomas Nutt, 45, got hitched last Wednesday at a register office.

       Police are continuing to question scrapman Nutt.

       One guest said of the couple, who lived in Brighouse, West Yorks: “They seemed so happy.”

       Dawn, who had two children from a previous relationship, is believed to have been strangled.

       West Yorkshire Police said: “A 45-year-old male has been arrested on suspicion of murder.”
