Meghan Markle's social media return discussed by expert
Meghan Markle's experience as part of the Royal Family and her relationship with King Charles III has been discussed often in recent years.
But one word perhaps sums up the truth of her connection with the monarch - that being his unique nickname for the Duchess.
King Charles was said to be so impressed with Meghan he refers to her as 'Tungsten'.
In royal expert Katie Nicholl's book The New Royals, she explains that Charles admired Meghan's strength of character and gave her a fitting nickname to reflect this.
She wrote: "Charles reportedly nicknamed his future daughter-in-law 'Tungsten' because of her toughness and resilience."

Tungsten is a rare metal known for its strength and unwavering nature.
According to a source cited by the Mail on Sunday in 2018: "Prince Charles admires Meghan for her strength and the backbone she gives Harry, who needs a tungsten-type figure in his life as he can be a bit of a softy.
"It's become a term of endearment."
While 'Tungsten' may indeed be one of the more unusual nicknames within The Firm, it certainly doesn't stand alone.

Even the late Queen had her fair share of nicknames from her closest family, including 'cabbage', 'sausage', 'Gan Gan' and 'Lilibet'.
Yet, there's one nickname that stands out.
According to the Daily Mail, while a young Prince William was playing at Buckingham Palace, he once wandered off and called out for help. But instead of shouting for 'Granny', he called for 'Gary'- much to the confusion of everyone present.

The paper reported: "A guest who went to help asked who Gary was, assuming it must be a member of the royal household. 'I'm Gary', responded the Queen. 'He hasn't learned to say Granny yet.'"
Prince William himself has also been the recipient of numerous nicknames over the years. At just 10 months old, during his first royal tour to Australia in 1983, his mother began affectionately calling him 'Wombat'.
In a 2007 NBC interview, William humorously admitted to being stuck with the nickname, saying: "I can't get rid of it now. It began when I was two.
"I've been rightfully told because I can't remember back that far, but when we went to Australia with our parents, and the wombat, you know, that's the local animal, so I just basically got called that, not because I look like a wombat, or maybe I do."
