       OSAKA (Kyodo) -- A fire broke out at a building in Osaka on Friday, with firefighters saying around 20 people are feared trapped.

       Some victims were seen receiving heart massage treatment at the site. The fire department received a report around 10:20 a.m. that a fire started on the fourth floor of the building located near JR Osaka Station.
