KUALA LUMPUR: Econpile Holdings Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd has secured a RM23mil contract from CJ Synergy Solutions Sdn Bhd to undetake the foundation and basement works for an industrial building in Section 20, Petaling Jaya.

       It said in a bourse filing that the devleopment is a five-storey industrial building with single-storey M&E at roof level and a three-storey basement carpark.

       The duration of the project will be nine months from April 18, 2022.

       "The Project is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of the Company from the financial year ending 30 June 2022 onwards," it said.
