SEPANG: A 27-year-old woman was sexually harassed at a parking lot in Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya on Tuesday (April 5).

       Sepang OCPD Asst Comm Wan Kamarul Azran Wan Yusof said the victim, who works as a personal assistant, was loading items into her car when she was approached by a man at about 2pm on Tuesday.

       "The man offered to help her but she declined.

       "However, he went ahead and put items ino the victim's car before grabbing her and squeezing the victim's buttock," ACP Wan Kamarul said when contacted Wednesday (April 6).

       The suspect fled the scene soon after the incident, he added.

       "The suspect was wearing a black shirt and trousers as well as a face mask.

       "The victim said she had not seen the man previously prior to the incident," he said.

       ACP Wan Kamarul Azran said police are in the midst of tracking down the suspect.

       "We urge those with information to contact the nearest police station," he said.
