       KUWAIT CITY, Aug 12: The Embassy of India in Kuwait will celebrate the 75th Independence Day of India on August 15 in complete adherence to COVID-19 related protocol and guidelines. There will be no physical gathering at the embassy premises, Indian Diaspora and friends of India in Kuwait are invited to join the celebrations virtually due to the prevailing circumstances. The event will be live streamed on embassy’s social media handles. Ambassador Sibi George will hoist the National Tricolor at 0800 hrs at the embassy premises and read out the message of the President of India. The embassy will also be organizing a musical evening as part of the Independence Day celebrations from 1800 hrs onwards on 15 August, 2021.
