PETALING JAYA: Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu has denied claims that he has tied the knot with celebrity Erra Fazira.

       "Not true," the Tambun MP told Sinar Harian on Monday (Oct 11).

       Ahmad Faizal, who is Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia deputy president, is married to Dr Nomee Ashikin Mohammed Radzi. They have two children.

       According to Harian Metro, Erra also denied the rumours.

       She had told the Malay daily that she is still a single mother.

       "I am tired of love, break-ups, married, not married. My status is that I am still a single mother," she was quoted as saying.

       Erra was previously married to Datuk Yusry Abdul Halim from 2003 to 2006 and was married to Engku Emran in 2007 but divorced in 2014. They have a daughter together.
