KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri S.A. Vigneswaran will serve a third term as MIC president after no one will challenge him for the party's top post in its upcoming elections on April 12.

       The incumbent party president was the only party member to submit his nomination form for the post before nominations were closed at noon on Wednesday (March 27).

       Vigneswaran was previously the Kota Raja MP and the Senate president and was first elected to the post in July 2018.
