       KUWAIT CITY, Nov 10: A member of the Municipal Council, Engineer Abd Al- Salam Al-Randi, denied a decision has been issued to increase what he called the markets ‘cleaning fees’ to 120 dinars, calling it untrue and pure speculation, reports Al-Rai daily. Al-Randi told the daily on the sidelines of the tour conducted by the Fact- Finding and Facilities Committee in the Municipal Council of the Mubarakiya Markets. He disclosed “the decision to raise fees is issued by the Council, and then implemented by the Municipality, and stressed this matter was neither presented to the Council nor discussed during sessions or committees meetings
