SINGAPORE - At the end of every year, Anderson Serangoon Junior College assigns teachers their co-curricular activity (CCA) and committee duties for the next year.

       The deployment exercise takes into account the teachers' choices and the school's needs even as it ensures that the workload is distributed evenly, said its principal Manogaran Suppiah.
