A FAMILY home in Devon has gone on the market for just £110,000 - but there's a very good reason for the budget price.
The three-bed semi-detached property in port city Plymouth boasts plenty of space, as well as a courtyard garden.

It stands in Camperdown Street, close to Dockyard train station and just a short walk from the sea.
But the reason for its low value is immediately obvious even to house-hunters who haven't yet crossed the threshold.
Sad images show that the sweet house was owned by a hoarder - and it has fallen into a state of complete disrepair over the years.
The garden is completely overgrown, with bushes and trees covering the side of the property and blocking windows.
Once inside, the hallway and staircase are both largely obscured by rubbish, while cobwebs reach across each carpeted step.
The floor is thick with cider bottles, newspapers and plastic bags.
The living room is in an even more shocking condition.
SAD STATE
Every surface, including the soiled and sagging sofa, is covered with bottles.
Dozens of bottles of cider have been thrown in one corner - causing a pile of litter around four feet high.
The grimy curtains are drawn against the light. The new owner will have no way to open them again without clearing the pile of rubbish.
Thick cobwebs can be seen across the mirror and a lampshade beside the sofa.
The kitchen is in a similarly distressing state.
The floor is completely hidden by piles of trash, with countless empty bottles of milk blocking a path from one side of the room to the other.
WAIST-HIGH JUNK
Empty jars, egg cartons and boxes from oven meals have been left atop a filthy hob.
Part of the wall appears to have rotted away, with a gash exposing the building material inside.
In the dining room, junk spills from drawers and covers a table and chairs.
Wallpaper has peeled away in the rooms and hallway upstairs, while two of the bedrooms are impossible to enter.
Each is piled high with furniture, clothing and black bin bags that completely obscure the beds.
One room has an en-suite bathroom - but that too is loaded with knotted binbags.
In some places, the rubbish is waist-deep.
Only one bedroom is comparatively clear of junk. However, the ceiling has come down over the window, dragging a set of curtains with it.
DISTRESSING SIGHT
The property will be auctioned off via livestream on November 18 by Auction House Devon & Cornwall.
They admit that agents haven't been able to access all parts of the property, including the rear courtyard, and that "renovation and remedial work" is needed throughout.
If the new owner is prepared to put in some serious graft, the home will be quite the bargain - and significantly cheaper than an abandoned property in one of London's trendiest postcodes.
The three-storey end-of-terrace house in Brick Lane has gone on the market for a whopping £1million.
But it's in a terrible state inside, with the owner likely to shell out tens of thousands more to get it into a liveable condition.

At the other end of the scale is a studio flat in Kilburn on the market for £900 a month.
The tiny property, which features just a grim-looking bathroom and a kitchenette, is completely covered with chilly-looking tiles.
A single yellow strip light appears to be the only source of electric lighting in the flat - suggesting the building's original use wasn't residential.
